Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Quotes and scope

CSWebs will provide a quote based on the information supplied by the customer. The quote will describe the agreed work and any known additional costs. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

Payments

Payment terms, including any deposit or staged payments, will be confirmed before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, final payment is due before a completed website, design files or printed goods are released or launched.

Customer content

The customer is responsible for supplying accurate text, images, product information and other materials needed for the project. The customer confirms that they have permission to use all content they provide.

Designs, revisions and approval

Reasonable revisions included in the quote will be explained before work starts. Additional revisions or changes after approval may be charged separately. Customers must carefully check spelling, contact details, sizes, colours and other information before approving artwork, print or a website launch.

Websites, hosting and third-party services

Domain names, hosting, premium plugins, payment providers and other third-party services may have separate fees and terms. CSWebs is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party providers, but we will provide reasonable assistance where the issue relates to our work.

Printing and delivery

Printed colours can vary slightly from screen colours. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing. Damage, shortages or errors should be reported as soon as possible with photographs where appropriate.

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the customer may be charged for work already completed and any non-refundable third-party costs. Bespoke printed goods cannot normally be cancelled after production has begun.

Ownership

Once full payment has been received, the customer may use the final approved work for its intended purpose. CSWebs retains ownership of its working files, tools, code and reusable materials unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Liability

CSWebs will provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
